Our commission is based on the principle that no collection means no commission. We will only deduct our commission from your debtor’s payments. This means if we don't get a successful recovery, we do not collect our commission, giving us a real incentive to achieve a successful recovery. Depending on your terms of trade, we can add our commission on top of the original debt. Then we recover the total debt with no cost to you.

Whether a debtor is making payments towards the debt on a voluntary repayment plan or through court enforcement, there is always the possibility the debtor's repayments stop due to various reasons.
The reality is, ensuring a debtor maintains their repayments towards the debt is a large part of the debt collection process.

We monitor every debtor's repayments. We then prioritise taking action to ensure the debtor gets back on track with their repayments.
We will also load the debt on the credit reporting systems which will adversely affect the debtor's credit rating.

We don't charge you extra fees for each letter of demand sent to the debtor, phone calls, or emails made during the process of the debt collection.

There are times when a personal visit is required as the debtor won’t respond via the normal methods of communication. Personal Visits often achieve a positive result as the debtor is ‘put on the spot’ and will make a commitment to repay the debt.
